  • • This position operates under the guidance of the Associate Director and plays a pivotal role within our social media team. A key differentiator of our approach is the utilization of Customer Generation, a proprietary marketing methodology developed in-house. This methodology prioritizes tangible outcomes such as Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and actual Customers, moving beyond traditional metrics like Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to ensure a direct impact on client business objectives.
  • • As an Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising, you will engage directly with our mid-market and enterprise clients. You will be the primary point of contact for communicating campaign performance, developing bespoke strategies tailored to their unique needs, and executing all Paid Media deliverables. This role provides an exceptional platform to gain extensive experience in crafting high-performing LinkedIn advertising strategies specifically for B2B businesses, driving measurable results and client success.
  • • Your core responsibilities will include overseeing and leading a portfolio of Social Media accounts, serving as the direct liaison and support for client contacts, and fostering strong communication channels with any vendors or operational partners. This ensures seamless alignment on assigned tasks, maintains high work quality, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in our collaborative dynamics.
  • • You will be instrumental in building comprehensive, data-driven strategies for clients on a quarterly basis. This involves a deep understanding of each client's unique market positioning and their distinct value propositions. A critical aspect of the role is the ability to create, meticulously maintain, and actively optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across various platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.
  • • Furthermore, you will ensure the accuracy of lead routing within client CRMs, confirming that valuable leads are directed to the appropriate sales teams for follow-up. You will be accountable for your personal productivity and utilization, consistently striving to meet and exceed performance expectations.
  • • Collaboration with the Associate Director is key to ensuring that both internal agency goals and client objectives are met and surpassed. You will develop a nuanced understanding of the value and application of Programmatic campaigns within the broader paid media landscape.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve driving growth through cross-selling opportunities, upselling relevant services, and generating referrals, leveraging your strong client relationships and professional network. You will be responsible for the hands-on execution and continuous optimization of advertising campaigns within LinkedIn. This includes crafting compelling ad copywriting, developing sophisticated targeting strategies (TAM development), and implementing precise audience segmentation to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and achieve client North Star Metrics (NSMs).
  • • Success in this role is defined by your ability to embody our core values in every interaction, effectively manage a portfolio of approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts, and consistently meet or exceed department-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), particularly client NSMs and Client Satisfaction scores. Building robust client trust and relationships that foster consistent renewals, identifying and executing cross-sell opportunities that align with client goals, and clearly communicating results to client contacts and executives are paramount. Exceptional strategic decision-making regarding the direction of accounts will be a hallmark of your contribution.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency, with demonstrated hands-on experience supporting B2B clients.
  • • Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, with a specific focus and proven success on LinkedIn Ads.
  • • Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and other relevant analytics and data platforms.
  • • Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance.
