- • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes, developing collaborative action plans that outline key milestones, responsibilities, and timelines.
- • Master the onboarding process, guiding customers through training and adoption to ensure their success and satisfaction at every step.
- • Foster knowledge sharing and community building among customers by organizing webinars, events, or case studies to strengthen the customer network.
- • Identify and understand customer needs, challenges, and goals to tailor solutions effectively and drive product adoption.
- • Create strategic plans for managing client relationships and develop clear, compelling business cases to ensure long-term success and growth.
- • Communicate and promote proven strategies, methods, and processes that lead to customer success and retention.
- • Collect and analyze feedback from clients and internal teams to refine strategies, improve solutions, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- • Own the full client lifecycle, including renewals and upsells, ensuring consistent value delivery and revenue retention.
- • Work hybrid onsite in Vendelux’s NYC headquarters, spending four days per week in the office to support team collaboration and client engagement.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients using Vendelux’s AI-powered platform to maximize ROI from event marketing and turn event insights into actionable 1:1 meetings.
- • Partner with event organizers who share first-party attendee and sponsorship data, ensuring seamless integration and mutual value creation.
- • Leverage proprietary insights from 250,000+ events to help high-growth B2B companies identify ideal customers and optimize their event strategies.
- • Contribute to company culture by embodying ownership, excellence, and a fast-paced, learning-oriented mindset.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements and operational enhancements.
- • Support the growth of Vendelux Meetings by helping clients use AI to automatically book high-value meetings at conferences and increase pipeline generation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success role at a B2B growth-stage startup
- • Owned the full client lifecycle, including renewals and upsells
- • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships in a SaaS environment
- • Strong communicator with experience creating action plans and business cases for customer success
- • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a quick learner
- • Demonstrated ability to foster customer communities through webinars, events, or case studies
