• The Account Supervisor is a driven, engaged client service professional who thrives in a collaborative team atmosphere and excels at developing unique solutions that differentiate our client’s brands in the market.
• Day to day, the role involves managing client relationships, leading account teams, developing strategic marketing and communications plans, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work that supports client brand objectives in the pharmaceutical industry.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in client service or account management within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or communications agency
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing or communications plans
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in team-based environments
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for engaging with clients and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadlines
• Experience leading or mentoring junior team members on account teams
