Our commitment to pioneering trading technologies has set industry standards for performance, security, and innovation, consistently positioning us among the top 10 global exchanges. As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking highly motivated and ambitious professionals to contribute to our dynamic B2C and B2B operations.
- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing the financial health of our Lithuania operations. Your primary responsibilities will encompass the meticulous execution of month-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive financial reports that provide critical insights into the company's performance, adhering strictly to both Lithuanian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- • A key aspect of this position involves managing all aspects of financial reporting, including the preparation and submission of tax filings. You will work closely with outsourced accounting partners, fostering strong collaborative relationships to ensure seamless financial operations and compliance. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in assisting with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations to facilitate a smooth audit process. You will also be involved in navigating and ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements pertinent to our operations in Lithuania.

You will oversee the General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring their accuracy and efficiency. The fast-paced nature of the fintech industry requires a candidate who can thrive under pressure, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and maintain a high level of precision in all financial dealings.
- • Beyond day-to-day operations, you will be empowered to contribute significantly to the enhancement of our financial processes. We encourage a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements and the implementation of automation solutions. Your insights and initiatives will be vital in streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and increasing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the finance department. This is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact on a growing global fintech company, contributing to its financial integrity and operational excellence.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, coupled with practical experience in financial reporting and compliance. You should be comfortable working with accounting software and systems, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is essential, as you will be interacting with various internal teams and external stakeholders. This role offers a unique chance to deepen your expertise in accounting within the exciting and rapidly evolving blockchain and fintech sectors, contributing to the financial backbone of a leading industry player.
