- • Build and manage end-to-end onboarding programs for SDRs, Account Executives, and enterprise sellers to accelerate ramp time and improve rep effectiveness
- • Design scalable enablement systems for core sales activities including discovery, demos, objection handling, negotiation, and enterprise sales execution
- • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales content such as battlecards, talk tracks, demo frameworks, onboarding materials, and manager coaching guides
- • Create and administer sales certifications and ongoing training tracks to ensure consistent adoption of best practices across the organization
- • Coach sales reps and managers directly on discovery techniques, deal progression, pipeline management, and enterprise selling methodologies
- • Analyze sales performance data to identify gaps in conversion rates, messaging effectiveness, execution consistency, and rep ramp time
- • Conduct call reviews and provide structured feedback to improve individual and team-level selling skills
- • Drive initiatives that increase rep productivity, quota attainment, and overall sales performance through data-informed interventions
- • Integrate AI tools into daily GTM workflows to enhance rep productivity, coaching, prospect research, and training delivery
- • Build AI-assisted playbooks, prompt libraries, call coaching workflows, and competitive intelligence systems tailored to sales needs
- • Partner with sales leadership to identify and operationalize AI-driven improvements across onboarding, outbound strategy, coaching, and execution
- • Collaborate with marketing to align sales messaging, talk tracks, and positioning with buyer feedback and market resonance
- • Work with Customer Success and Implementation teams to improve handoff quality, surface sales-originated onboarding gaps, and support expansion opportunities
- • Partner with Product to enable reps on new features, competitive positioning, and articulation of product value propositions to prospects
- • Align closely with sales leadership on methodology shifts, segmentation changes, and organizational updates requiring rep readiness
- • Serve as the cross-functional connector ensuring alignment between product development, marketing, sales, and customer success messaging and execution
- • Establish and reinforce a high-performance sales culture rooted in accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement
- • Operationalize consistent sales processes and standards across all seller roles to drive predictable pipeline and revenue outcomes
- • Monitor and evolve enablement programs based on real-time performance metrics and field feedback
- • Maintain and update all enablement assets to reflect current product capabilities, market dynamics, and sales strategies
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Training
- • Experience working in SaaS or high-growth technology companies
- • Strong understanding of outbound sales, enterprise sales, and modern GTM strategy
- • Experience using AI tools within a sales organization
- • Familiarity with platforms like Gong, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, ChatGPT, and modern sales engagement tools
- • Strong communication and facilitation skills
