- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and refining AI-generated accounting content for technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and real-world applicability across financial reporting, bookkeeping, tax, and audit scenarios.
- • You will draft realistic accounting cases involving financial analysis, compliance checks, and audit situations, then assess AI reasoning around transaction treatment, financial statements, and tax calculations to identify errors or oversimplifications.
- • A key task involves creating stakeholder-perspective variations of scenarios—such as those from the viewpoints of accountant, client, auditor, or regulator—to enhance the AI’s contextual understanding and practical judgment.
- • You will identify inaccuracies, misinterpretations, or flawed logic in AI outputs related to IFRS, UK GAAP, and other regional/international accounting standards, ensuring outputs reflect best practices.
- • The role requires close collaboration with 10x.team and partner AI labs to iteratively improve AI performance through structured feedback and scenario development.
- • You will participate in a clear onboarding process involving an AI-based interview, written evaluation, and compliance verification before gaining access to live projects.
- • The team operates as a global network of fractional professionals collaborating with leading AI labs, combining deep domain expertise with cutting-edge technology advancement.

🎯 Requirements
- • Qualified accountant, auditor, or accounting associate with several years of professional practice in accounting, financial reporting, and/or audit
- • Based in the EU or UK with eligibility to work remotely from these regions
- • Strong familiarity with international and regional accounting standards, particularly IFRS and UK GAAP
- • Ability to detect technical inaccuracies, flawed assumptions, and oversimplified logic in AI-generated accounting content
- • Availability to commit 8 to 20 hours per week on a freelance basis, with flexibility to start soon
