- • As an Accounting Assistant at Forward Financing, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions that directly support the company’s mission to unlock capital for small businesses across America. Your work will directly impact customer trust and operational efficiency by verifying funding amounts, reconciling payments, and maintaining precise financial records in alignment with contractual terms and Salesforce data.
- • Day to day, you will review and release daily funding to SMB customers, identify and apply cash payments from various sources, investigate discrepancies and payment rejections, and verify and reconcile internal applications daily to ensure total funding aligns with Salesforce records. You will also support Collections and Sales teams as needed, assist external partners with commission-related inquiries, contribute to operational projects as they arise, and provide administrative support for the company’s syndications program.

You will build transferable skills in attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving that are foundational for advancement in accounting, finance, or operations roles within the fintech industry.
