📋 Description

• As an Accounting Manager at TrueLogic Company, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial integrity and operational efficiency of a challenger holding company transforming the marketing industry. You will lead accounting functions for the Corporate entity that provides Shared Services to multiple brands within the client network, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely close processes, and compliance with accounting standards. Your work will directly enable data-driven decision-making across finance, operations, and brand leadership.
• You will manage the day-to-day operations of general ledger accounting, oversee month-end close activities, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting by reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and trial balances. Your responsibilities include liaising with AR, AP, billing, and finance teams to resolve inquiries, supervising accounting staff to meet deadlines, preparing audit schedules, supporting year-end tax preparations, managing intercompany reconciliations, and maintaining organized financial records. You will also serve as a backup for other Shared Services functions and handle ad hoc requests as needed.
• You will join a dynamic, globally distributed team of over 600 tech and finance professionals across Latin America, working in close partnership with U.S.-based industry leaders. • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in complex accounting areas such as consolidations, intercompany eliminations, GAAP compliance, and financial reporting within a shared services environment. You will develop leadership skills by mentoring and guiding accounting staff, enhance your technical proficiency with advanced ERP systems and Excel, and gain exposure to cross-functional initiatives that drive business transformation—positioning you for long-term career growth in finance and accounting leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 5-7 years of accounting experience, including minimum 2 years managing an accounting team
• CPA (or equivalent) preferred
• Experience with large ERP and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Intacct, NetSuite, Maconomy, etc.)
• Strong technical accounting skills with knowledge of GAAP, FASB, and SEC requirements
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience with consolidations and intercompany eliminations
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Located in LatAm with reliable internet access for 100% remote work
