- • Run the full monthly partner billing cycle end-to-end, including gathering partner-specific inputs, generating reports using existing tooling, and coordinating internal review and approval through to close
- • Own partner-facing communication by reviewing and sending billing emails and directly responding to partner inquiries
- • Triage and investigate data discrepancies, resolving issues independently where possible and escalating pipeline problems with clear documentation
- • Create, issue, and track partner invoices in NetSuite, match purchase orders to invoices, and confirm remittances are received and properly applied
- • Complete vendor and customer setup for new partner onboarding by collecting required documentation, tax forms, and banking details
- • Support month-end close activities through account reconciliations and preparation of journal entries
- • Maintain and update process documentation for billing and finance operations workflows
- • Assist with external audit requests by providing accurate records and supporting documentation
- • Take on ad hoc accounting and finance operations projects as they arise
- • Work independently without day-to-day oversight to manage a deadline-driven monthly billing cycle
- • Serve as a direct point of contact for external partners on billing and financial matters
- • Utilize NetSuite for accounts receivable and billing operations with precision and consistency
- • Investigate data questions using SQL or BigQuery when needed to inform resolution or escalation
- • Ensure data integrity across partner billing systems and financial records
- • Collaborate with internal teams to align billing processes with partner agreements and revenue share structures
- • Adapt to evolving finance operations needs in a high-growth technology and travel fintech environment
- • Contribute to scaling billing infrastructure as Hopper’s B2B division (HTS) expands its partner network
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations with a track record of running recurring cycles independently
- • Hands-on experience with NetSuite AR and billing functions
- • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a deadline-driven monthly cycle without day-to-day oversight
- • Clear, professional written communication skills for direct partner correspondence
- • Methodical reconciliation mindset, comfortable chasing discrepancies across multiple data sources
