- • Process customer payments and refunds accurately and in a timely manner to ensure proper accounting records and cash flow alignment.
- • Reconcile accounts receivable schedules according to company policy and internal controls to maintain financial accuracy.
- • Serve as a primary point of contact for store locations, providing administrative support and resolving AR-related inquiries.
- • Review, verify, and input credit application details into internal systems to facilitate customer financing and credit approval workflows.
- • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts, billing errors, and payment mismatches to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- • Respond to customer service inquiries related to service and parts billing within established service level agreements.
- • Collaborate with internal departments including finance, sales, and service teams to ensure seamless accounts receivable operations.
- • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support overall AR function efficiency and compliance.
- • Maintain high standards of data integrity and documentation in all AR transactions and communications.
- • Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively, including advanced functions like XLOOKUP, to manage and analyze receivables data.
- • Conduct outbound calls to customers for collections and payment follow-up, demonstrating professionalism and adherence to compliance guidelines.
- • Prioritize daily tasks independently, meet deadlines consistently, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
- • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with internal teams and external customers.
- • Apply critical thinking and active listening to understand customer concerns and provide effective, solutions-oriented responses.
- • Uphold a collaborative attitude and commit to delivering excellent service to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
