- • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our accounts receivable processes. Your primary responsibility will be to engage directly with our valued customers to proactively resolve any outstanding queries or issues that may impede timely invoice payments. This involves a deep understanding of our billing cycles, contract terms, and customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.
- • You will act as a key liaison between Veeva and our customer base, fostering strong relationships built on trust and prompt issue resolution. This includes meticulously reviewing customer accounts, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to maintain healthy cash flow and minimize outstanding balances. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be paramount in addressing customer concerns and providing clear explanations regarding their invoices and payment obligations.
- • Collaboration is a cornerstone of this position. You will work closely with various internal departments, including Sales, Services, and Revenue Recognition teams. This cross-functional teamwork is essential for a holistic understanding of customer contracts, project milestones, and billing triggers, ensuring that all invoicing is accurate and aligned with contractual agreements. By proactively sharing insights and addressing potential billing challenges with these teams, you will contribute to a seamless customer experience and support the company's financial objectives.

You will be responsible for generating and analyzing accounts receivable aging reports, identifying trends, and recommending strategies to improve collection rates.
