• • As an Accounts Receivable Analyst at Heidi Health Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our rapidly expanding global organization. This position is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our Order to Cash (O2C) cycle, specifically supporting our operations in the United States and Canada. You will be instrumental in managing the intricate processes of billing, collections, and financial reporting, directly contributing to the smooth and accurate flow of revenue.
• • Your primary responsibility will be the day-to-day management of Accounts Receivable (AR) functions for the US and Canada regions. This encompasses a wide range of critical tasks, including the meticulous creation and issuance of invoices, proactive engagement in collections activities to minimize outstanding balances, accurate application of incoming cash payments, efficient resolution of customer billing disputes, and comprehensive reconciliation of customer accounts. This ensures that all financial transactions are recorded correctly and that customer accounts are up-to-date.
• • A key aspect of your role will involve ensuring that all billing is performed accurately and in a timely manner. This requires a rigorous verification of all supporting documentation, such as contracts, service agreements, and usage data, to confirm that invoices reflect the correct services rendered and agreed-upon pricing. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Operations, to promptly identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise, preventing potential delays in payment.
• • You will serve as a primary and responsive point of contact for all customer billing inquiries originating from our US and Canadian clients. This involves providing clear, professional, and timely communication, addressing concerns, clarifying invoice details, and offering solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will be vital in maintaining strong customer relationships.
• • Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the AR sub-ledger is paramount. This involves diligently tracking all incoming payments, investigating any variances between expected and received amounts, and identifying instances of unapplied cash or necessary adjustments that require prompt resolution. This detailed tracking ensures that our financial records are always reflective of the true financial position.
• • You will be an integral part of our month-end close process. This includes performing critical reconciliations of AR sub-ledgers to the general ledger, preparing and posting necessary journal entries, and contributing to the generation of essential AR reporting deliverables. Your contributions will ensure that financial statements are accurate and timely.
• • Supporting audit and compliance requests will be another significant part of your responsibilities. This involves meticulously organizing and maintaining all necessary documentation and financial records, ensuring that we are prepared for internal and external audits and can readily provide evidence of compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• • Furthermore, you will actively participate in and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives. As Heidi Health continues its rapid global expansion, it is essential to scale our AR operations efficiently. You will identify opportunities to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and leverage technology to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our AR processes, making them more robust and scalable for future growth.
