• • As an Accounts Receivable Analyst at Heidi Health, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the billing operations for our global customer base, with a specific focus on Stripe-billed accounts across the US and Canada regions. This pivotal role demands a meticulous approach to financial processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless billing experience for our clients.
• • You will take ownership of the end-to-end Stripe billing lifecycle. This includes the critical tasks of subscription management, where you will ensure all customer subscriptions are accurately configured and maintained within our billing system. Your responsibilities will extend to proactive payment processing, diligent cash application, and the adept resolution of any payment-related issues or disputes that may arise.
• • A core aspect of your role will involve serving as a primary point of contact for all customer billing inquiries. You will be expected to provide responsive, professional, and clear communication, addressing customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, thereby fostering strong client relationships and maintaining Heidi's reputation for excellent service.
• • You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Accounts Receivable sub-ledger. This involves meticulously tracking incoming payments, investigating any discrepancies or variances that appear, and identifying instances of unapplied cash or necessary adjustments that require prompt resolution. Your vigilance in this area is crucial for accurate financial reporting and revenue recognition.
• • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with various internal departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance. This cross-functional teamwork is essential to ensure that all closed deals billed via Stripe are set up correctly from the outset and are managed effectively throughout their lifecycle. Your input will help prevent billing errors and streamline revenue capture.
• • You will play an active role in our month-end close processes. This includes performing detailed reconciliations of AR accounts, preparing and posting necessary journal entries, and contributing to the generation of comprehensive AR reporting deliverables. Your timely and accurate contributions will support the broader finance team's financial closing activities.
• • Supporting audit and compliance requests will be another significant responsibility. You will be tasked with organizing and maintaining all relevant documentation and financial records in a systematic manner, ensuring that we are prepared for any internal or external audits and can demonstrate robust financial controls.
• • As Heidi continues its rapid growth trajectory, you will be a key contributor to driving process improvement and automation initiatives within the AR function.
