• • The Accounts Receivable Manager (Provider Relations Lead Analyst) plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate claims administration for a specific Health Care Professional (HCP) Book of Business within the Mid-West/Mid-America Market, directly supporting provider satisfaction and financial integrity by managing accounts receivable activity and serving as a strategic partner to the experience manager.
• • This role is essential to maintaining Cigna Healthcare’s commitment to improving provider experience through proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, and collaborative problem-solving that minimizes financial risk and enhances service quality across the claims lifecycle.
• • Day to day, the incumbent will serve as a key member of the account management team responsible for Accounts Receivable Management, collaborating with cross-functional matrix partners to identify, resolve, and improve AR issues impacting provider accounts.
• • They will proactively monitor account receivable metrics, performance guarantees, and related trends, communicating results and insights to the Accounts Receivable Manager to drive continuous improvement in service levels.
• • The role involves driving root cause analysis and trending of AR resolution issues, interacting directly with Health Care Professionals to educate, communicate, and resolve discrepancies while developing corrective action plans.
• • They will participate in face-to-face meetings as a Subject Matter Expert, support service experience reviews, and contribute market intelligence by documenting and sharing trends to inform strategic planning.
• • The incumbent will work with the account management team to recommend process improvements based on root cause findings, ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements, and manage all pre/post contract setup reviews for their assigned book of business.
• • They are responsible for tracking and trending all AR-related issues in appropriate tools with accuracy and timeliness, leveraging advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and deep expertise in Proclaim (with Facets preferred) to analyze data and inform decisions.
