This involves understanding the intricate flow of points within our recognition and rewards programs, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to ensure absolute accuracy. This task is fundamental to maintaining customer trust and the financial health of our programs.
  • You will be a key partner to various departments, including Finance, Operations, and Customer Success teams. This collaborative approach is essential for a holistic understanding of our business operations and for ensuring that our financial reporting accurately reflects the company's performance and customer program status.
  • A significant aspect of your role will involve supporting revenue recognition processes. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure that revenue is recognized in accordance with accounting standards and company policies, contributing to the accuracy of our financial statements.
  • You will be tasked with delivering actionable insights through comprehensive reporting. This involves not just generating reports, but analyzing the data, identifying trends, and communicating findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.

  • Contribute to the month-end and year-end close processes by performing necessary reconciliations and analyses related to accounts receivable.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, financial analysis, or a related financial role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with financial software or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
