- • Monitor customer accounts daily to identify aged receivables and ensure timely collection of service and parts payments.
- • Contact customers proactively to secure payments and resolve outstanding balances related to service and parts invoices.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in company systems, ensuring all transactions, communications, and adjustments are properly documented.
- • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding billing inquiries, account discrepancies, and payment questions related to service and parts charges.
- • Research and resolve billing issues arising from service and parts transactions, including incorrect charges, missing payments, or system errors.
- • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding accounts receivable within established service-level timelines.
- • Support additional collections and AR tasks as needed, including follow-ups, payment plan arrangements, and account reconciliation.
- • Ensure all customer interactions reflect professional, clear, and empathetic communication to uphold Lithia & Driveway’s customer experience standards.
- • Navigate multiple internal systems and tools to access customer data, update account statuses, and generate reports.
- • Prioritize competing tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail and a sense of urgency in daily operations.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex billing issues and ensure resolution aligned with company policies.
- • Adhere to all compliance and legal requirements related to collections and customer data handling.
- • Contribute to a culture of entrepreneurial leadership by identifying process improvements and taking ownership of account performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School graduate or equivalent
- • 18 years of age or older
- • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- • Prior customer service experience
- • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools
