- • Design and configure customer HCM solutions using Workday, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and industry best practices.
- • Own and maintain the customer design spreadsheet/workbook throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all configuration details.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Practice Leads, Functional Experts, and Integrations specialists to ensure end-to-end solution integrity and mitigate downstream impacts.
- • Actively participate in Functional, Integrations, and Data Cross Team Meetings to align on technical and functional deliverables.
- • Document key issues, decisions, and action items from Initiation and Architect sessions to ensure transparency and traceability for all stakeholders.
- • Conduct unit testing of configuration during build phase and perform smoke testing prior to client handoff to ensure system stability and functionality.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during all testing phases including Customer Unit Testing (P1), End-to-End Testing (P2), UAT Testing, Parallel Testing (P3), Deployment, and Post Go-Live support.
- • Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable system specifications and configuration parameters.
- • Deliver client-facing presentations, product demos, and design workshops to guide stakeholders through solution options and drive consensus.
- • Proactively address difficult conversations with clients and internal teams using a consultative, win-win approach to resolve conflicts and align on outcomes.
- • Anticipate future client needs and propose innovative, scalable solutions to enhance HCM processes and platform enablement.
- • Troubleshoot system issues, escalate critical problems appropriately, and ensure timely resolution within project timelines.
- • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Suite tools to support data analysis, reporting, and configuration documentation.
- • Travel up to 25% of the time to support client engagements, workshops, and on-site implementation activities.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience implementing ERP systems with a focus on financials
- • Deep hands-on experience with HCM system implementations, preferably Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP, or similar platforms
- • Proven consulting experience in a software or internal consulting role
- • Workday HCM certification preferred; non-certified candidates must pass required certifications and maintain re-certification
- • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience leading client workshops and design sessions
- • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
