- • Own and drive a robust pipeline of digital creators in the DAC region to launch and grow paid memberships on Patreon
- • Leverage personal network to identify, connect with, and build relationships with key creators and their teams in the creator economy
- • Execute daily sequenced email acquisition campaigns targeted at potential creators seeking monetisation strategies
- • Lead sales calls with digital creators, providing expert guidance on launching subscription-based businesses using Patreon’s tools
- • Manage and update creator pipeline using CRM systems with accurate reporting and tracking of engagement and conversion metrics
- • Stay current on emerging trends in the creator economy, including podcasting, social video platforms, and community-building models
- • Propose actionable acquisition targets and emerging creator opportunities based on market insights and platform performance
- • Collaborate with Legal, Data Science, Marketing, and Finance teams to align acquisition strategies with data-backed insights and compliance requirements
- • Maintain a creator-first approach in all interactions, prioritising creator success and long-term sustainability on the platform
- • Operate in a fast-paced environment with high volume of outreach, requiring exceptional organisational skills and multitasking ability
- • Remain detail-oriented while managing multiple acquisition initiatives simultaneously across diverse creator verticals
- • Report directly to the UK Acquisition team based in London and work closely with regional and global acquisition colleagues
- • Work from the UK office as needed, with flexibility to operate remotely within the UK
- • Contribute to building Patreon’s regional presence in the DAC region by identifying and onboarding high-potential creators
- • Advocate for creator needs internally, ensuring product and support teams understand onboarding challenges and opportunities
- • Apply proven best practices in creator monetisation to guide new creators through Patreon’s membership and direct-to-fan tools
- • Track and communicate key performance indicators related to creator acquisition, activation, and retention
- • Maintain alignment with Patreon’s core values: Put Creators First, Build with Craft, Make it Happen, and Win Together
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-5 years of experience working in the creator space, specifically with creators on monetisation strategies
- • Experience collaborating with Legal, Data Science, Marketing, and Finance teams using data-backed strategies to inform decisions
- • Deep passion for the creator economy, podcasting, and social video platforms like YouTube
- • Highly motivated with strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- • Extraordinary organisational and multitasking skills with consistent attention to detail
- • Preferred: Experience working with top-tier podcast and video creators on YouTube
