📋 Description
- • The Sales Development Representative is the front edge of Actabl's Account-Based Engagement motion, creating pipeline by prospecting into hospitality operators and qualifying inbound demand to ensure the right opportunities reach the correct pod with context to close.
- • Day to day, the role involves building and executing outbound sequences targeting hotel operators, ownership groups, and management companies across Actabl's four product lines; running signal-driven outbound plays with RevOps and Marketing; identifying re-engagement opportunities from closed-lost and dormant accounts; prospecting into ABE whitespace within defined pod territories; maintaining disciplined outreach cadence across phone, email, and LinkedIn; qualifying inbound demo requests; triaging and managing the sales inbox; routing opportunities accurately to the correct pod within SLA windows; documenting workflows; flagging routing gaps and process breakdowns to manager within 24 hours; and maintaining accurate CRM records in Salesforce.
- • The role sits inside the Technical Sales function, directly supporting AE and AM pods across Hotel Effectiveness, ProfitSword, Alice, and Transcendent products, within a company building the next evolution of its go-to-market motion through aligned pods of Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers.
- • The person can learn and achieve mastery in signal-based outbound prospecting, multi-product SaaS sales motions, hospitality industry fluency, CRM process ownership, and consultative qualification skills while contributing directly to pipeline generation and pod success in a hybrid-friendly environment with office hubs in Denver, Atlanta, and Tampa.
