📋 Description

• We're seeking an experienced acting professional to coach actors at all stages of their careers, from those preparing for auditions to those building a sustainable freelance career in the industry.
• This role includes helping students develop core acting techniques, character development, and script analysis skills, as well as guiding practice through scene study, cold reading, monologue coaching, and improv training.
• Coaches also support performance skills like stage presence, voice training, and on-camera training, and help students prepare strong show reels for casting opportunities.
• Additional support may include audition preparation, interview prep, resume and LinkedIn review, networking strategy, and guidance on agent negotiation and salary negotiation as students navigate freelancing in the industry.
• Ideal candidates have significant professional acting experience (stage, film, TV, or a combination), prior coaching or teaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping performers grow their craft and their career.
• Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
