📋 Description
- • As an Actuarial Consultant, Commercial Pricing at Mobilitas (a CSAA Insurance Group company), you will play a critical role in shaping innovative commercial insurance solutions for the mobility sector by preparing and coordinating actuarial analyses that directly impact pricing strategies and risk assessment for commercial auto lines.
- • You will support individual account pricing, conduct portfolio-level ratemaking analyses, and lead moderately complex projects that require statistical rigor, clear documentation, and collaboration across product, finance, and claims teams to ensure actuarial soundness and business alignment.

- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing actuarially sound statistical analysis using appropriate data sources and assumptions, evaluating work by peers, documenting methods and assumptions transparently, and preparing findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • You will actively participate in peer reviews to foster quality and innovation, mentor junior colleagues, stay current with industry trends and emerging actuarial methodologies, and provide ad hoc analytical support to other business functions as needed.
- • The role involves developing and analyzing new methodologies for insurance rating and loss reserving, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate actuarial insights into product and pricing decisions, and communicating complex concepts clearly in presentations and reports.
- • You will be expected to have a strong grasp of the commercial insurance market landscape, particularly in commercial auto, and apply pattern recognition and logic-based thinking to solve complex pricing problems while contributing to a culture of inclusion, sustainability, and continuous learning.

🎯 Requirements
- • ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society) certification is required
- • BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related field with 7+ years of post-bachelor experience in statistical and actuarial analysis, OR a graduate degree in a relevant field with 3 years of equivalent experience
- • Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, or Radar, along with strong analytical and communication skills for client-facing roles
