Ruby Labs Ltd. is seeking a high-performance Ad Creative Producer to join our innovative team and directly influence our success through compelling, data-driven advertising.
- • This isn't just about making pretty pictures; it's about crafting ad creatives that stop the scroll, capture attention, and convert users. Your primary focus will be on performance marketing, where your creations will have a direct and quantifiable impact on key metrics like Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and overall revenue. You will be instrumental in generating ad concepts that resonate with our target audience, leading rapid testing cycles to identify what works best, and collaborating daily with our User Acquisition Managers to ensure our campaigns are always optimized.
- • As an Ad Creative Producer, you will be at the forefront of developing a diverse range of high-converting ad creatives. This includes leveraging casino-native angles such as jackpots, exciting bonuses, urgency, competitive elements, and the fear of missing out (FOMO). You will also be responsible for creating engaging gameplay ads that showcase the user experience, developing authentic User-Generated Content (UGC)-style videos, designing eye-catching static ads, and exploring the potential of AI-generated creatives to push the boundaries of what's possible.
- • A critical aspect of this role is ensuring that all advertising materials strictly adhere to sweepstakes regulations and the complex policies of various ad platforms. Operating within a compliance-sensitive environment is paramount, and you will play a key role in maintaining this standard while still delivering impactful campaigns.
- • You will be expected to rapidly iterate on creative concepts, using performance data as your guide. Maintaining a high production velocity for campaigns across Meta and Google Display networks will be essential. This involves structuring systematic A/B testing frameworks to rigorously evaluate different creative elements, identifying winning patterns, and effectively scaling top-performing creatives to maximize their impact.
- • A deep dive into creative-level metrics is a core part of your daily routine. You will analyze key performance indicators such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Hook Rate, Conversion Rate (CVR), CPA, and ROAS. Based on these trends, you will generate hypotheses, provide structured performance insights, and continuously refine messaging and creative hooks to improve campaign effectiveness. Your analytical skills will be crucial in translating data into actionable creative strategies.
- • Staying ahead of the curve is vital in the dynamic iGaming and sweepstakes advertising landscape. You will actively monitor industry trends, analyze competitor creatives and their funnels to understand their strategies, and identify emerging angles in online casino advertising. Keeping abreast of the latest compliance and policy updates from ad platforms and regulatory bodies will also be a key responsibility.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of our success. You will work closely with User Acquisition Managers to align creative efforts with campaign goals, partner with designers to bring concepts to life visually, and collaborate with content creators to ensure cohesive messaging. You will actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing your unique perspective to drive innovation, and play a role in improving our internal creative systems and workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
