  • • KAYAK, a premier travel search engine and a vital part of Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG), is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Ad Sales & Partnerships Manager to spearhead the growth of advertising revenue across the LATAM region, with a specific focus on Hispanic markets.
  • • This pivotal role involves cultivating and closing non-endemic partnerships with key players such as Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs), financial institutions, and diverse consumer brands. You will be instrumental in expanding KAYAK's advertising footprint beyond traditional travel partners, identifying untapped opportunities and leveraging KAYAK's extensive reach and innovative media solutions.
  • • You will be responsible for selling the full suite of KAYAK Media Solutions, which includes a comprehensive range of advertising products designed to connect brands with travelers at every stage of their journey. This requires a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies and the ability to tailor solutions to meet specific client objectives.
  • • A core aspect of this position is building and maintaining robust relationships with advertising agencies and direct brands throughout all Hispanic markets in Latin America. This involves proactive engagement, understanding their marketing goals, and presenting compelling, integrated media solutions that drive measurable results.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Endemic Commercial team to ensure seamless integration and amplify the adoption of Media Solutions among existing endemic partners, creating a unified approach to advertising sales.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage complex, cross-regional partnerships and navigate extensive agency networks to drive incremental ad business.
  • • Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, proactively building and managing your own sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing deals, and developing integrated media solutions tailored to partner needs.
  • • You will be expected to coordinate and lead productive meetings involving both internal KAYAK stakeholders and external clients, ensuring a first-class client service experience at all touchpoints.
  • • Developing a comprehensive commercial strategy in collaboration with media agencies and direct clients will be crucial for achieving long-term, sustained success and market penetration.
  • • Crafting persuasive proposals and engaging pitch decks will be essential tools for presenting KAYAK's value proposition to potential partners.
  • • Effective management of your personal sales pipeline, from initial outreach and qualification to deal closure, is a fundamental requirement of this role.
  • • You will work hand-in-hand with the Client Success Team to foster and maintain strong, enduring client relationships, providing ongoing consultation, support, and strategic guidance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • • Driving the successful implementation of client plans across various internal teams and KAYAK products will be a key measure of success, requiring strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • • You will partner with the Regional Director to identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, contributing to the overall strategic direction and growth of KAYAK's advertising business in LATAM.
  • • This role demands a self-starter mentality, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently deliver on ambitious targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • • A strong understanding of the Latin American online landscape, including its unique market dynamics and consumer behaviors, is essential for success.
  • • You will leverage your deep knowledge of online marketing metrics, tracking, and the broader online media industry (including SEM, Display, Programmatic, Google Analytics, etc.) to inform your strategies and client recommendations.
  • • The ability to effectively liaise with various KAYAK stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of sales and partnership initiatives, is paramount.

  • • The position is based in our Coral Gables, Miami office, with a requirement to work from the office at least three times per week, fostering team collaboration and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • +8-10 years of relevant experience in commercializing Digital Advertising.
  • • Proven experience in dealing with Media Agencies across different countries in LATAM.
  • • Deep knowledge of the Latin American online landscape and solid understanding of the online media industry (SEM, Display, Programmatic, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • • Spanish speaker & English fluency (verbal and written).
  • • Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
