  • • Serve as Stepful’s credentialed representative for the new 16-week Limited X-Ray Machine Operator (LXMO) certificate program in South Carolina, ensuring compliance with state regulations and SCRQSA requirements.
  • • Oversee day-to-day operations of the LXMO program to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery aligned with state and industry standards.
  • • Support the state approval process by preparing required documentation, submitting reports, and maintaining correspondence with the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA) and other accrediting bodies.
  • • Participate in didactic instruction as needed to support program curriculum delivery and student learning outcomes.
  • • Act as the primary point of contact for program instructors and students, facilitating communication, addressing concerns, and escalating issues to internal Stepful teams.
  • • Contribute to instructor hiring processes by evaluating candidates as a subject matter expert in limited radiography and allied health education.
  • • Monitor student progress and educational outcomes, identifying gaps in instruction or support and recommending improvements to maintain program quality.
  • • Maintain current knowledge of South Carolina-specific LXMO regulations, radiologic technology best practices, and evolving state credentialing requirements through ongoing professional development.
  • • Attend and participate in a board review meeting in Greenville, SC, on August 22, 2026, alongside Stepful’s internal team to support program approval.
  • • Collaborate with Stepful’s internal curriculum and instructional teams, who manage curriculum development and instructor recruitment, to ensure alignment between program design and operational execution.
  • • Represent Stepful in the South Carolina market by building credibility and trust with regulatory bodies, healthcare partners, and the local education community.
  • • Contribute to the growth of a new credential pathway in South Carolina that addresses regional shortages in diagnostic imaging personnel.
  • • Adapt to evolving program needs as the LXMO initiative scales from initial launch to broader implementation, with potential for increased time commitment over time.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Current ARRT certification in Radiography R.T.(R), with eligibility for or active certification through the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA)
  • • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a closely related field
  • • 3+ years of clinical experience as a radiologic technologist
  • • 1+ years of instructional or program oversight experience in an allied health, limited radiography, or full-scope radiologic technology program
  • • Ability to attend a board meeting in Greenville, SC, on August 22, 2026
  • • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with faculty, students, and external partners
