  • • As an Administrative Assistant at Distro, Inc., you will serve as a proactive virtual support professional for a real estate/title expert, playing a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and enabling business growth through reliable administrative, data, and marketing support.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, organizing email inboxes, handling client communications, and providing responsive customer service to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • • You will work closely with a real estate/title professional in a remote-first environment, supporting a growing business that values organization, initiative, and adaptability in a dynamic role.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in CRM management (particularly Salesforce), gain hands-on experience in social media planning and analytics for Instagram and Facebook, and strengthen your reporting and data presentation skills — all while building a foundation for advancement in administrative, operations, or marketing support careers.

🎯 Requirements

  • • At least 1 year experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred; Zoho or similar is acceptable)
  • • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • • Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
