  • • The Administrative Assistant role at Distro, Inc. supports the founder of a consulting business that partners with U.S. law firms to increase case referrals, playing a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings, tracking and inputting client meeting notes in Asana, following up with clients to ensure action items are completed, preparing detailed meeting summaries, tracking client hours and usage, sharing resources like PDFs and training materials, communicating professionally via email and Microsoft Teams, and providing administrative and operational support as needed.
  • • The team operates as a dynamic, fast-growing consulting business serving U.S.-based law firms, with a remote work setup that allows collaboration across time zones while maintaining close support for leadership.
  • • In this role, the individual can develop advanced organizational and client management skills, gain experience supporting high-level professionals in the legal consulting space, improve proficiency in tools like Asana and Microsoft Teams, and grow into a trusted operational partner capable of taking on additional responsibilities such as social media and content creation after ramp-up.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in an administrative role (senior-level preferred)
  • • Strong calendar and email management skills
  • • Experience with CRM or task management tools (Asana, Monday, Salesforce, etc.)
  • • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
