- • The Administrative Assistant role at Distro, Inc. is essential to ensuring smooth operations across expense tracking, scheduling, customer communication, painter coordination, and support for sales, marketing, and customer retention initiatives.
- • Day to day, the person will support daily administrative, financial, operational, and business development activities, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.

- • In this role, the person can develop advanced administrative and operational expertise, strengthen financial tracking and scheduling capabilities, and grow into a trusted support partner for cross-functional teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant
- • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level required) in both written and spoken communication
- • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- • Basic bookkeeping and financial tracking skills
- • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
