  • • Day to day, the person will support daily administrative, financial, operational, and business development activities, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level required) in both written and spoken communication
  • • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • • Basic bookkeeping and financial tracking skills
  • • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
