- • As a GTM Systems Admin at Harvey AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the top-of-funnel infrastructure that powers the company’s go-to-market engine, directly impacting lead quality, conversion, and revenue outcomes.
- • You will partner with Sales and Marketing to design and improve lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing systems, while building and maintaining workflows using tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, Cognism, and others to ensure high-quality data flows across the GTM stack.
- • You will own Salesforce configuration related to funnel mechanics, automate data pipelines incorporating intent and firmographic signals, and ensure data compliance, quality, and scalability through deduplication, normalization, and governance.
- • You will document system architecture and processes to support scalable growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to align systems with business objectives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–8+ years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, Growth Ops, or similar roles
- • Hands-on experience with Clay and at least one major enrichment/data provider (e.g., ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo, Clearbit)
- • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including data modeling, flows, lead routing, account hierarchy management, and reporting
- • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar)
- • Familiarity with routing tools like Qualified and LeanData or similar platforms
- • Strong systems thinking — able to design and debug end-to-end data flows across tools
- • Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management, including enrichment, scoring, routing, attribution, and SDR to AE handoff
- • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
- • Highly organized and documentation-oriented, with a focus on building scalable, maintainable systems
