• • The Ticketing Analyst role at Sand Cherry Associates supports and manages ticketing environments within a production service delivery setting, ensuring incident, request, and work-order tickets are properly triaged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring incoming tickets for accurate logging and categorization, triaging and routing tickets to appropriate teams based on priority and impact, tracking ticket progress to ensure timely resolution, maintaining high data quality standards in the ticketing system, monitoring queues for aging tickets or bottlenecks, assisting with basic reporting on ticket volumes and trends, escalating issues when patterns or delays are identified, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and communicating ticket status professionally.
