- • The Foundation for California Community Colleges is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its Career Catalyst program.
- • As an employer of record service, Career Catalyst provides human resources and payroll services for work-based learning while partnering with a diverse network of clients.
- • Work experience learning creates opportunities for students to develop, practice and demonstrate employability skills.
- • The Workforce Development Administrative Assistant will facilitate hiring, time tracking, terminations, and payroll processes that enable employees to learn outside the classroom while earning a wage.
- • The ideal candidate is a quick learner, strong performer, and collaborative team player who is passionate about their own work and the team's success, and takes pride in successful outcomes.
- • The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for Career Catalyst Service, including monitoring the Salesforce ticketing system, performing password resets, tracking and auditing employment and worksite documentation, and assisting with client and employee training.
- • The Administrative Assistant will accurately and effectively enter data and audits the integrity of that data in Salesforce and Workday platforms. Generates reports as necessary.
- • The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for internal and external meetings, including complex scheduling, regular monitoring for schedule conflicts, meeting preparation (including preparing agendas and coordinating agenda contributions from staff members), detailed note taking, and meeting follow up (including tracking action items, sending reminders, and scheduling follow up meetings).
- • The ideal candidate will have relevant AA/AS, certifications, or equivalent work experience, a minimum of 12 months work experience in an administrative capacity in an office environment, an excellent record in customer service required, familiarity with human resources hiring, payroll, and termination processes preferred, and experience with Salesforce preferred.
