- • The Administrative Assistant Specialist serves as the primary executive support resource for officers and senior leaders at The Allstate Corporation, providing high-level administrative, organizational, and coordination support to ensure seamless operations and effective handling of sensitive information.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing complex calendars for senior leaders, screening and prioritizing inbound communications, drafting professional correspondence, coordinating travel and event logistics, monitoring office expenses, and supporting cross-functional teams with discretion and integrity.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4 year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- • 2+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership or officers preferred
- • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
- • Strong organizational and time management skills
- • Professional written and verbal communication
- • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
