• • The Administrative Business Partner role supports leaders and teams with scheduling, coordination, and operational execution, enabling them to focus on high-impact work by managing calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics with precision and reliability.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing complex calendars for one or more leaders, coordinating internal and external meetings across time zones, arranging travel logistics, processing and tracking expenses, supporting team meetings and offsites, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintaining clear communication and follow-through on all scheduling and logistics tasks.
• • The role operates within a broader executive operations team at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., working closely with Executive Business Partners in a high-talent-density, fast-paced environment that values collective decision-making, rapid execution, and independent judgment.
