- • As a Technical Operations Analyst at Coins.ph, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of the company’s cryptocurrency and financial services platform, directly supporting the mission to provide secure and accessible digital finance to over 18 million users in the Philippines.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring system health and transaction flows, identifying and troubleshooting technical incidents, coordinating with engineering and compliance teams to resolve issues, maintaining operational documentation, and contributing to process improvements that enhance platform uptime and user experience.
- • You will be part of a dynamic, mission-driven team at the forefront of financial innovation in Southeast Asia, working within a regulated environment that combines cutting-edge blockchain technology with traditional financial services under the oversight of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in crypto-asset operations, financial technology systems, and incident management in a high-growth, regulated fintech environment, gaining valuable experience that bridges technology, operations, and compliance in one of Asia’s most innovative digital finance companies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- • Experience in system monitoring, IT operations, or technical support, preferably in a fintech, blockchain, or financial services environment
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues and communicate findings clearly
- • Familiarity with cryptocurrency concepts, blockchain technology, or digital asset operations
- • Proficiency in using monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and basic scripting or command-line interfaces
- • Ability to work in rotating shifts or a 24/7 operational environment to ensure continuous platform stability
