- • Join a pre-IPO startup with strong capital, traction, and runway ($240M funded, 60X revenue growth in 5 years, $2T market size) to disrupt the car ownership market and scale from 5M to 50M customers while building a $10B business.
- • Partner with the VP of BizOps & Analytics (ex-BCG, Better) and work in a talent-dense environment that accelerates career growth through ownership of high-impact, data-driven initiatives.
- • As a Business Operations Associate, champion data-driven decisions across critical business areas including carrier growth, 0-1 product development, and user acquisition strategies by leveraging advanced machine learning models to extract actionable insights.
- • Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights, lead A/B experiment design and analysis, identify profitable growth levers, and automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency.
- • Work within Jerry’s mission to build America’s first super app for car ownership—offering insurance, loans, repairs, diagnostics, and AI-powered tools—backed by $240M in funding and serving over 5M customers with a 4.7-star rating.
- • Develop structured problem-solving skills, communicate insights to audiences from front-line staff to the C-suite, and uphold a high bar for excellence in a fast-paced, egoless, and curious team culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
- • 1+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) OR relevant experience in business analysis/operations
- • High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis
