- • The Growth Program Manager at Premier Inc. plays a pivotal role in driving strategic growth across the enterprise and mid-market Continuum of Care (CoC) portfolio, with a specific focus on the Infusion/Specialty vertical, by expanding member utilization of contracted suppliers and identifying new opportunities to maximize value and savings.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing multiple growth programs across external stakeholders, articulating program value to secure buy-in from members and the Infusion/Specialty sales team, mechanizing accountability and follow-through, accessing and analyzing relevant data sets, executing program priorities, monitoring and reporting on progress, and managing administrative tasks such as updating CRM and tracking tools.
- • The role reports to the VP Infusion Field Sales and operates within a matrixed organization, collaborating with Regional Managers, Directors of Business Development, and cross-functional teams to manage key relationships and secure commitments to growth initiatives.
- • In this role, the individual can develop deep expertise in healthcare supply chain dynamics, gain experience in managing complex supplier relationships within the GPO environment, strengthen strategic account management and data-driven decision-making skills, and contribute to measurable outcomes in healthcare cost savings and supplier performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 or more years of applicable work experience
- • High School Diploma or GED (required)
- • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- • Business Analytics skills
- • Program/Project Management experience
- • Relationship Management expertise
- • Supplier contract connection experience with a major GPO
- • Account management experience in a matrixed organization
- • History of managing complex Infusion/Specialty programs to drive growth
