- ⢠As Director, Regional Operations for Brightline Interactive Inc., you will serve as the strategic owner of operational and financial performance across the New York region, overseeing four existing clinics with potential expansion to six, including locations beyond the NYC metro area such as Albany. Your leadership will directly impact the delivery of pediatric, teen, and parental mental health care by ensuring operational rigor, financial accountability, and consistent execution of the care model across all clinics.
- ⢠You will partner closely with the regional clinical leader to drive P&L ownership, optimize workflows, enhance patient experience, and lead local expansion efforts, while building trust and alignment between clinic teams and senior executives to support Brightlineās mission of delivering innovative, high-quality behavioral health services.
- ⢠Day to day, you will own regional P&L performance by tracking and improving clinic- and provider-level financial and operational metrics, ensuring targets are met through data-driven decision-making and operational rigor.
- ⢠You will manage and analyze regional, clinic, and provider-level reporting, combining quantitative data with qualitative insights from workflow observation and patient feedback to identify performance improvement opportunities and drive consistent care model execution.
- ⢠You will lead patient experience initiatives by leveraging insights from patient feedback and incident reports to continuously improve how families experience care, ensuring empathy, accessibility, and quality at every touchpoint.
- ⢠You will develop and execute regional strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams, launching new initiativesāwhether centrally or regionally drivenāto optimize workflows, standardize best practices, and enhance daily operations.
- ⢠You will oversee staff retention and workforce planning by designing strategies for team retention, culture-building, and professional development, while managing provider schedules and templates to accommodate regional nuances and ensure adequate coverage.
- ⢠You will own facilities management, addressing practical constraints that affect clinic operations, and support expansion efforts on the ground for new clinic launches within the region, including site readiness and operational setup.
- ⢠You will foster cross-functional trust and collaboration by building strong relationships between Brightlineās senior leadership and regional/clinic teams, harmonizing stakeholder views to drive alignment and results.
- ⢠You will manage external partner relationships in coordination with the Demand/Partnership team, ensuring high-impact collaborationsāsuch as with NYU in New Yorkāare nurtured and maintained for mutual benefit and program success.
- ⢠You will contribute to the evolution of corporate operations by helping develop standardized methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria, resolving complex, ambiguous problems where established principles do not fully apply, and feeding frontline insights back to corporate teams for continuous improvement.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠8+ years of professional experience with at least 3 years leading multi-site brick-and-mortar or hybrid healthcare delivery operations
- ⢠Proven track record of building cohesive teams, optimizing operations, and delivering sustainable business results
- ⢠Deep understanding of the behavioral and mental health space with an innovative mindset to deliver differentiated, exceptional care offerings
- ⢠Strong communicator who builds relationships quickly and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments
- ⢠Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed setting strongly preferred
- ⢠Willingness to spend approximately 50% of time in clinics, including travel to locations outside the NYC metro area (e.g., Albany)
- ⢠MBA preferred but not required
