- • The Administrator role at Mears Group PLC is a fully homebased position supporting the geographically dispersed Procurement team across the UK, playing a key part in ensuring procurement processes run smoothly and efficiently through high-quality administrative support.
- • Day to day, the person will chase compliance documentation, book and coordinate meetings, update internal systems and trackers, download and manage procurement documentation, provide administrative support to Procurement Advisors, maintain accurate records in line with governance and data protection, monitor shared inboxes, and support continuous improvement of administrative processes.
- • Mears Group provides Housing Management services across the UK in partnership with Central and Local Government, registered providers, tenants, landlords, and investors to address homelessness, deliver social and affordable housing, and create specialist housing for people with care needs.
- • The person can develop strong organisational and administrative skills, gain experience supporting a national procurement function, improve proficiency in digital tools and systems, and contribute to meaningful social impact through housing and community initiatives while working remotely.
