📋 Description

• As an Adobe Creative Cloud Administrator & Collaboration Platform Support Engineer at Allstate, you will play a critical role in enabling creative and collaborative workflows across the enterprise by managing and supporting key digital platforms that empower employees to innovate and serve customers effectively.
• Day to day, you will administer Adobe Creative Cloud licensing and user provisioning, troubleshoot application issues, support Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform environments, enforce security and governance policies, monitor service health and usage trends, develop support documentation, and provide training and guidance to users on best practices for creative and collaboration tools.
• You will join Allstate’s technology team, a forward-thinking organization with over 90 years of innovation in protecting customers, where your work directly supports secure, efficient, and compliant use of enterprise creative and AI-powered collaboration platforms across a remote-first workforce.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise platform administration, gain hands-on experience with generative AI governance and cloud collaboration tools, and develop skills in cross-functional partnership with security, compliance, and end-user teams to drive platform reliability, cost efficiency, and user satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise application administration, platform operations, or end-user support
• 1-2+ years of Adobe Creative Cloud administration experience
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Admin Console, license management, user access administration, and Creative Cloud support processes
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform administration, support models, governance concepts, or user enablement practices
• Understanding of identity and access management, enterprise software deployment, and troubleshooting across managed endpoints
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance considerations related to cloud content services, generative AI, and collaboration platforms
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into clear guidance for users, support teams, and leadership stakeholders

• Annual compensation range of $75,100.00 - $126,325.00 based on experience and qualifications
