📋 Description

• Configure and maintain Adobe Workfront objects including custom forms, project templates, complex workflows, and approval processes to support enterprise work management needs.
• Execute technical configurations strictly within approved design parameters to ensure system integrity and alignment with established architecture.
• Build and optimize workflow automation using Workfront Fusion, including scenario design, logic mapping, and conditional routing to streamline business processes.
• Support integration of Workfront with other enterprise systems through API-based connections and automated workflow logic, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Participate in QA remediation and testing cycles to identify and resolve system issues, ensuring high-performance and reliable outputs across all configurations.
• Proactively identify technical risks and flag configuration deviations that misalign with the documented solution architecture to prevent system degradation.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date technical documentation for all configurations, decisions, and integrations, serving as the single source of truth for the Workfront platform.
• Collaborate closely with senior technical team members to deliver scalable, efficient work management solutions that enhance operational efficiency across global teams.
• Communicate technical risks, limitations, and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams including non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
• Apply hands-on expertise in Adobe Workfront to solve complex business challenges within a technology-first creative network with a global footprint.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by enabling streamlined workflows and automated processes that adapt to evolving consumer behaviors and emerging technologies.
• Work within a dynamic environment that balances creative and engineering expertise to address demanding enterprise problems for industry-leading U.S. companies.
• Ensure all system changes are documented, tested, and validated before deployment to maintain consistency, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Contribute to ongoing system refinements by analyzing performance data, user feedback, and operational bottlenecks to recommend and implement improvements.
• Engage in cross-team collaboration with developers, project managers, and business analysts to align Workfront solutions with broader organizational goals and workflows.
• Adapt to evolving project requirements while maintaining strict adherence to established architectural standards and best practices.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and peer reviews to uphold quality standards and promote continuous learning within the technical team.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Adobe Workfront platform configuration experience
• Experience with Workfront Fusion for scenario building, logic mapping, and workflow automation
• Solid understanding of APIs and automated workflow logic for system integrations
• Proven ability to debug configurations and bridge integration gaps
• High discipline in maintaining clean, clear technical documentation
• Ability to clearly communicate technical risks to cross-functional teams
