- • We are looking for an Adoption Strategist to drive adoption of our core use case and identify new ones, working directly with corporate and midmarket customers.
- • The role requires building and delivering scalable implementation and enablement processes, developing deep product expertise, and tracking key adoption metrics.
- • The ideal candidate will be genuinely technical, analytical, and adaptable, with experience in implementation, solutions consulting/engineering, technical account management, or similar at a technical SaaS or AI-native company.
- • The role involves partnering with various teams, including Account Management, CX, and Revenue Operations, to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years in implementation, solutions consulting/engineering, technical account management, or similar at a technical SaaS or AI-native company
- • Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- • A track record of building adoption-focused programs from the ground up
- • Extremely analytical and comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority
- • Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- • Fluency in English is essential
