- • This pivotal role places you at the vanguard of a rapidly expanding industry, offering an exceptional opportunity to drive sales within a market characterized by robust demand and a consistent influx of qualified, warm leads. As an ADU Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in connecting homeowners with transformative ADU solutions, leveraging your expertise to guide them through the entire sales journey. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to convert interest into tangible projects, contributing significantly to both the company's growth and your personal financial success, with on-target earnings ranging from $250,000 to $350,000 annually.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to consistently achieve and surpass ambitious sales quotas and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This involves conducting compelling in-person sales presentations to pre-qualified, warm leads, effectively articulating the company's value proposition, unique selling points, and the transformative benefits of their ADU offerings. You will be the trusted advisor, building rapport and demonstrating how our client's solutions can meet and exceed homeowner aspirations.
- • A crucial aspect of this role involves skillfully negotiating and closing deals with both new and existing clients. Your ability to foster strong relationships, understand client needs deeply, and present tailored solutions will be key to maintaining a high conversion rate. You will work closely with a diverse range of cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and project management, to ensure the seamless delivery of customized client solutions.
