- • Own a named portfolio of high-value clients, managing relationships from onboarding through long-term retention and ensuring sustained platform engagement
- • Vibe code daily by pulling data from Polymarket’s platform, writing SQL queries against the data warehouse, reading relevant code paths, and shipping direct fixes to unblock clients
- • Translate real-time client pain points into actionable product insights by identifying gaps in functionality, tracking adoption signals, and influencing the product roadmap with data and intuition
- • Act as the primary internal advocate for clients, bridging communication between technical teams, product, sales, support, and compliance to ensure client needs drive product decisions
- • Improve the support organization by ensuring it gets 1% better every day through feedback loops, documentation updates, and process refinements
- • Resolve complex technical issues before they escalate by diagnosing API request failures, debugging client environments, and coordinating with engineering to implement solutions
- • Turn exceptional customer support into organic growth by cultivating trust, encouraging referrals, and delivering a magical experience for sophisticated traders and institutional users
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business leaders to prioritize fixes and features that have the highest impact on client success and platform adoption
- • Serve as a technical liaison for clients who require deep platform knowledge, providing clear, fast, and human communication across online and community channels
- • Monitor client usage patterns and market behavior to anticipate needs, proactively offer solutions, and reduce churn among high-stakes users
- • Maintain a deep understanding of Polymarket’s prediction market mechanics, including contract settlement, liquidity dynamics, and trading interface behavior
- • Document client feedback and technical issues systematically to inform product backlog prioritization and internal knowledge sharing
- • Represent Polymarket externally by building credibility with technical traders, institutional partners, and community members through transparent and expert-level engagement
- • Balance multiple live client threads simultaneously—handling 10+ concurrent issues without dropping context or compromising quality
- • Contribute to the creation of internal tools, scripts, or guides that improve efficiency for both clients and support teams
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience in developer, customer engineering, or technical support roles
- • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL)
- • Comfortable debugging API requests and development environments
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in online and community settings
- • Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail
- • Ability to manage and resolve complex client issues across technical and business domains
