- • Act as the strategic bridge between Marketing, Product, Growth, and Data teams. Translate business objectives into crystal-clear creative briefs, negotiate priorities, and secure buy-in from stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to regional performance marketers.
- • Orchestrate a hybrid creative engine of 20+ internal designers, video editors, and copywriters plus an ever-growing network of vetted freelancers and agencies. Build capacity plans, forecast workload peaks around tent-pole events like Black Friday, and keep every contributor aligned on brand guidelines and performance KPIs.
- • Localize at scale. Adapt master creative concepts for 15+ markets, balancing global consistency with cultural nuance. You will oversee transcreation, review local-market insights, and ensure that every asset—from Lithuanian display ads to Brazilian Portuguese YouTube pre-rolls—resonates authentically.
- • Champion data-driven creativity. Partner with performance analysts to set A/B test roadmaps, interpret results, and iterate rapidly. Translate CTR, CPA, and ROAS metrics into actionable creative optimizations that lift conversion rates quarter over quarter.
- • Safeguard brand excellence. Establish QA checklists, design approval gates, and version-control workflows that eliminate errors before assets go live. Your eagle eye will ensure typography, color palettes, tone of voice, and motion graphics all meet Hostinger’s award-winning standards.
- • Elevate team capabilities. Run weekly creative retrospectives, introduce new tools (Figma, Motion, Jira automations), and mentor junior producers. Your leadership will turn lessons learned into playbooks that raise the bar for speed, quality, and innovation across the entire Creatives organization.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends. Evaluate emerging ad formats—short-form vertical video, interactive rich media, AI-generated visuals—and pilot experiments that position Hostinger as a category leader. Present findings in monthly “Creative Radar” sessions to inspire cross-functional teams.
- • Manage budgets with precision. Track spend across media, production, and freelancer fees; reallocate resources in real time to maximize ROI. Present clear financial dashboards to finance partners and secure incremental budget for high-performing experiments.
- • Celebrate wins and learn from misses. Host post-campaign parties in the Žalgiris Arena VIP Lounge, share success stories at Town Hall, and document failures in open retros that fuel continuous improvement. Your energy will make Hostinger not just a place to work, but a community to grow with.
