- • Join DoorDash's rapidly growing B2B Growth team as a Senior Associate, Merchant Performance Marketing, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our acquisition strategies.
- • This is a unique opportunity to be among the first marketing hires in our new Mexico City office, contributing to the foundational growth of a key market.
- • You will be instrumental in managing and optimizing a multi-million dollar annual digital budget, primarily focused on Paid Search channels across the U.S. and Canada.
- • Collaborate closely with industry leaders like Google and Microsoft to test, implement, and leverage cutting-edge marketing technologies and products.
- • Take ownership of the end-to-end execution of Paid Search and Performance Max campaigns, ensuring alignment with overarching B2B marketing objectives.
- • Develop and refine comprehensive keyword strategies, conduct in-depth query mining, craft compelling ad copy, and implement sophisticated bid optimization techniques.
- • Ensure meticulous UTM governance for clean and accurate campaign attribution, providing a clear view of marketing ROI.
- • Drive continuous performance improvement through data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and the strategic application of automation.
- • Focus on achieving efficient growth and reducing cost per acquisition (CPA) while maintaining and improving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- • Proactively monitor daily and weekly campaign performance, identifying and mitigating wasted spend while safeguarding critical metrics such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL), Customer Wins (CW), Cost Per Lead (CPL), CPA, Cost Per Click (CPC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- • Design and lead a robust experimentation roadmap, encompassing bidding strategies, creative testing, and automation initiatives, with clearly defined success criteria and documented learnings.
- • Present detailed performance results, insightful analysis, and strategic growth opportunities to cross-functional stakeholders, proactively highlighting potential risks and trade-offs.
- • Utilize core platform and analytics tools, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360/Skai, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Sigma, and SQL, to derive actionable insights and drive measurable business impact.
- • Contribute to the development of our marketing approach and grow your career as the B2B team expands, taking on leadership responsibilities as the team evolves.
- • Work closely with the local Manager, B2B Performance Marketing, to align on strategy and execution.
- • Be a key player in driving SMB Merchant growth through innovative and effective performance marketing campaigns.
