  • • As a Senior LinkedIn Strategist, you will be instrumental in driving client success by developing and executing high-impact LinkedIn advertising campaigns. This role offers a unique chance to be on the ground floor of our evolving team, contributing to our proprietary Customer Generation methodology, which prioritizes the generation of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and actual Customers over traditional metrics like Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • • Reporting directly to the Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role within the social media team, managing a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will span the entire client engagement lifecycle, from initial strategy development and budget management to campaign execution, optimization, and transparent communication of results. You will be the primary point of contact, building strong relationships and ensuring client objectives are not just met, but exceeded.
  • • Key responsibilities include:
  • • Overseeing and leading a dedicated portfolio of social media accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal performance.
  • • Serving as the direct, trusted point of contact for all client communications, fostering strong partnerships and understanding their unique business needs.
  • • Collaborating closely with vendors and operational partners on a weekly basis to ensure seamless task execution, maintain high work quality, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • • Developing comprehensive, data-driven LinkedIn strategies for clients on a quarterly basis, tailored to their specific goals and market positioning.
  • • Creating, meticulously maintaining, and actively optimizing paid media budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve campaign objectives.
  • • Providing fractional support for internal marketing initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of our boutique agency.
  • • Gaining a deep and nuanced understanding of each client's unique positioning, value propositions, and competitive landscape.
  • • Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of lead routing processes within client CRMs.
  • • Maintaining high levels of personal productivity and utilization, contributing to overall team efficiency.
  • • Working in close partnership with the Associate Director to ensure both internal agency goals and client objectives are consistently achieved.
  • • Developing a strong understanding of the value and application of Programmatic campaigns within the broader paid media strategy.
  • • Proactively identifying and driving opportunities for cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through strong client relationships and your professional network.
  • • Executing and continuously optimizing advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including crafting compelling ad copy, developing robust targeting strategies (TAM development), and refining audience segmentation to maximize ROI.
  • • Success in this role will be defined by your ability to embody our core values in all interactions, effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts, and consistently meet or exceed department-level KPIs. Your primary metrics will include client North Star Metrics (NSMs) and Client Satisfaction scores. Building enduring client trust and relationships that foster consistent renewals, cross-selling services that genuinely align with client goals, and clearly articulating results to client points of contact and executives will be paramount. Exceptional decision-making regarding strategic direction for accounts will set you apart.
  • • This is a remote position within Canada, offering the flexibility to work from your home office. We foster a collaborative environment through virtual meetings and Slack, requiring proficiency with various computer software platforms and reliable internet access. You must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and possess excellent observational and communication skills.
