- • Drive pipeline growth and revenue by engaging prospective clients through consultative, relationship-driven sales interactions
- • Convert inbound leads and self-generated opportunities into closed deals by guiding prospects through the full sales lifecycle
- • Proactively identify and vet potential clients and decision-makers using creative outbound prospecting and lead generation strategies
- • Conduct discovery conversations to assess client needs and position tailored insurance solutions that align with their commercial requirements
- • Maintain consistent sales activity through disciplined planning, timely follow-ups, and rigorous pipeline management
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients to increase conversion rates and foster future engagement
- • Clearly articulate product value propositions, provide expert consultative guidance, and confidently move opportunities to closure
- • Maintain in-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, services, and evolving market trends to support informed client conversations
- • Collaborate closely with Account Management teams to ensure seamless transition of closed opportunities into onboarding and client success processes
- • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through consistent performance and strategic prioritization of high-potential opportunities
- • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track all client interactions, update pipeline stages, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
- • Balance inbound inquiries with proactive outbound outreach to maximize coverage and opportunity volume
- • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment requiring agility and adaptability to shifting priorities
- • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements related to commercial property and casualty insurance sales
- • Represent Founder Shield, the innovation arm of The Baldwin Group, with professionalism and a deep commitment to delivering an advisory-style sales experience
- • Maintain accurate records of client communications, objections, and next steps to support coaching, training, and continuous improvement
- • Adapt sales approaches based on client feedback, market conditions, and product updates to optimize conversion outcomes
- • Engage in ongoing product and compliance training to remain current on insurance offerings and industry regulations
