• • Serve as a key advisor to the Product Management team, partnering with stakeholders across development, marketing, sales, finance, and operations to define product release requirements.
• • Develop business cases to drive the creation of new IT solutions and manage the profitability of existing and new products.
• • Set the strategic direction for IT products, including prioritizing features, building cross-functional consensus, and coordinating detailed product specifications with IT design and engineering teams.
• • Collaborate with IT product marketing to shape go-to-market strategies by providing data-driven product and market insights.
• • Work closely with technical owners and product owners to articulate and refine product requirements through clear, actionable feature definitions.
• • Leverage deep ownership of IT product and platform KPIs to evaluate performance throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• • Utilize Web Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to gather, analyze, and interpret user behavior and product usage data.
• • Apply segmentation and targeting methodologies to inform product decisions and improve customer experience outcomes.
• • Manage product development workflows using Agile frameworks and the SAFe framework to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• • Maintain product documentation and collaboration artifacts in Confluence and track tasks and deliverables via Jira.
• • Work with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements using proficiency in SQL, MS SQL, and relational databases.
• • Engage with front-end development contexts through understanding of CSS, Java, and JavaScript to align product functionality with technical capabilities.
• • Apply business analytics and business analysis techniques to evaluate product performance and inform strategic decisions.
• • Conduct business strategy analysis in international markets to support global product scalability and market adaptation.
• • Ensure alignment between product vision, technical execution, and business objectives across all stages of the product lifecycle.
• • Communicate product priorities, risks, and outcomes clearly to cross-functional leadership and technical teams.
• • Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to recommend product enhancements that drive growth and retention.
• • Support the integration of product data into broader corporate analytics and reporting structures.
• • Advocate for user-centered design principles by translating feedback and behavioral data into product improvements.
• • Maintain compliance with company policies regarding data security, confidentiality, and professional conduct in all product-related activities.
