đź“‹ Description
- • Are you a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry and a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technology to solve complex business challenges? Do you thrive in a client-facing role, translating intricate needs into actionable, innovative solutions? If so, ServiceNow is looking for an exceptional Advisory Solution Consultant specializing in Manufacturing to join our dynamic team.
- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping how leading manufacturing organizations adopt and benefit from the ServiceNow platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with prospective and existing clients to understand their unique operational landscapes, strategic objectives, and pain points within the manufacturing sector. Your expertise will bridge the gap between business requirements and the powerful capabilities of ServiceNow, demonstrating how our solutions can drive digital transformation, enhance operational efficiency, improve supply chain resilience, and foster innovation.
- • You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, from C-suite executives and IT leaders to operational managers and end-users, articulating the value proposition of ServiceNow's industry-specific solutions. This involves conducting in-depth discovery sessions, performing detailed business process analysis, and developing compelling, tailored demonstrations that showcase the tangible benefits of our platform. Your ability to connect the dots between ServiceNow's technology and the specific challenges faced by manufacturers – such as production scheduling, quality control, maintenance, asset management, field service, and supply chain optimization – will be critical to your success.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that clearly outline how ServiceNow can address client needs, drive measurable outcomes, and deliver a significant return on investment. You will collaborate with our sales teams, product management, and engineering to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into our product roadmap and that our solutions remain at the forefront of industry innovation. This collaborative approach ensures that we are not just selling a product, but delivering transformative value.
- • You will be expected to stay abreast of the latest trends, challenges, and technological advancements within the manufacturing industry, including Industry 4.0, IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing, digital twins, and sustainable manufacturing practices. This knowledge will enable you to position ServiceNow as the indispensable platform for modernizing manufacturing operations and achieving competitive advantage. Your insights will help clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation and unlock new opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- • Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in pre-sales activities, including responding to RFPs/RFIs, conducting proof-of-concepts (POCs), and providing technical expertise during the sales cycle. You will be responsible for understanding the client's existing technology stack and identifying integration opportunities with the ServiceNow platform. Your ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear, concise, and business-oriented manner will be essential for building credibility and trust with clients.
- • This role demands a proactive and strategic mindset, with a focus on building long-term relationships and fostering customer success. You will contribute to the development of best practices and thought leadership within the manufacturing solutions consulting community at ServiceNow, sharing your knowledge and experience to elevate the team's capabilities. By understanding the nuances of different manufacturing sub-sectors (e.g., discrete, process, automotive, aerospace & defense), you will tailor your approach to deliver maximum impact.
- • Ultimately, as an Advisory Solution Consultant for Manufacturing, you will be a key driver of digital transformation for our clients, empowering them to operate more efficiently, innovatively, and profitably. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge and your expertise with the ServiceNow platform to create compelling visions of the future of work in manufacturing, making a tangible difference in how businesses operate and succeed in a rapidly evolving global market.
- • You will be responsible for understanding the client's current state, identifying gaps, and architecting future-state solutions that leverage the full power of the ServiceNow platform. This includes designing workflows, configuring modules, and demonstrating how ServiceNow can streamline operations from the shop floor to the executive suite.
- • Your role will involve educating clients on the strategic advantages of a unified platform approach, moving away from siloed systems towards a connected, intelligent ecosystem that drives better decision-making and faster execution.
- • You will also be involved in post-sales activities, ensuring smooth transitions to implementation teams and providing ongoing strategic guidance to maximize client value realization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or similar client-facing technical role, with a strong focus on the manufacturing industry.
- • Deep understanding of manufacturing business processes, challenges, and industry trends (e.g., Industry 4.0, supply chain management, operational excellence, field service, asset management).
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Experience with enterprise software solutions, preferably SaaS platforms, and a strong ability to learn and demonstrate new technologies.
- • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structure.
- • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- • Generous paid time off (PTO) and company holidays.
- • Opportunities for professional development, training, and certifications.
