📋 Description

• As a member of Rogo's Advisory team, you'll manage our major partnerships and help the biggest financial firms in the world create and implement their AI strategies.
• The position will report directly to our founders and work closely with other team members to ensure goals and objectives are aligned.
• You'll be responsible for building and executing strategies for working with our enterprise partners, handling the whole partnership life cycle, and acting as the voice of the customer.
• You'll leverage your deep understanding of financial services workflows to develop joint solutions with our customers and make sure Rogo’s benefits are clearly communicated.
• You'll team up with Rogo's engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver these solutions.
• You'll figure out how to track and measure our success together, setting up key performance indicators and reports.
• You'll build strong, lasting relationships with important people at our partner organizations and make sure their needs are met.
• You'll help land multi-million dollar contracts and steer Generative AI strategy for the world’s biggest financial services firms.
• You'll ensure amazing user experiences by working hands-on with users.
• You'll directly change the nature of work in a $1T+ industry.
• You'll tackle unsolved product and engineering problems, including the hardest in the world, relevant to LLMs in production.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in private and/or brokerage wealth management, ideally within a top-tier banking or private banking platform
• Outstanding project management and communication skills; extremely organized, detail-oriented
• An action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem-solving with the scrappiness to ultimately deliver results
