- • Join Artisan as one of our pioneering Account Executives, a pivotal role in our rapidly expanding sales team. As the third AE to join our ranks, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and shaping the future of AI-powered sales solutions. - • At Artisan, we are building the next generation of work. Our flagship product, Ava, is an AI Business Development Representative (BDR) that autonomously handles lead generation, research, personalized email outreach, sequence management, and deliverability optimization. Ava learns, adapts, and improves over time, mirroring the growth and capabilities of a human professional. Our platform empowers human team members to leverage these AI employees as their primary working tool, consolidating a complex stack of sales technologies and fostering a collaborative environment where humans and AI work seamlessly together.
- • As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to closing deals. This involves conducting approximately 20 product demonstrations of Ava and the broader Artisan Sales platform each week. These demos are crucial for showcasing the power and potential of our AI employees to prospective clients, highlighting how Artisan can transform their sales operations.
- • You will be expected to meticulously follow up with leads across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, phone, and text, ensuring that no potential opportunity goes unnoticed or becomes cold. This proactive and persistent approach is key to nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
- • A significant part of your role will involve providing dedicated support to leads during their Proof of Concept (POC) or trial access periods. You will guide them through the platform, answer their questions, and help them experience the tangible benefits of integrating AI employees into their workflow.
- • Your objective will be to streamline and shorten the sales cycle as much as possible, ensuring an efficient and effective process for both Artisan and our potential customers. This requires a deep understanding of our product, the market, and the needs of our clients.
- • Once a deal is closed, you will ensure a smooth handoff of new users to our dedicated customer success team. This collaborative approach ensures our clients receive ongoing support and achieve maximum value from their investment in Artisan.
- • Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to close deals consistently and contribute significantly to our ambitious revenue targets. You will be a key player in our mission to redefine the future of work with AI.
- • This role demands a high level of drive and commitment. You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where dedication is paramount. - • Proven track record of exceeding quota in B2B SaaS sales.
- • Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales stack and CRM tools.
